This is the only photo I have of this piece.
It's from a series I created back in the 90's of Baby Angels.

LOUISE NEVELSON
Another favorite of Anika and Jon.
A Russian woman leaves her husband and small children
to pursue the life of an artist
and eventually is collected by every major museum around the world.
Her assemblages were debris
picked up in the streets of New York
and painted black or white.

Born in 1901, he coined the term Art Brut (raw art)
to free art from intellectual concerns.
During the last 23 years of his life,
he limited his palette to the colors red, white, black and blue
and produced sculpture in polystyrene.

He was responsible for selecting our home for a fashion shoot
(he loves mid century modern)

JACKSON POLLACK
My beautiful, stylish girlfriend Elizabeth Andrew
came over with her hunky boyfriend Chris - the IN couple -
and purchased two of the portraits.
I knew she wanted Frida and she choose
the out of control bad boy Jackson as the companion.
Brilliant pairing.

WEEK TWENTY THREE...DAY SIX

GEORGIA O'KEEFFE
A celebrated cultural icon,
Georgia was one of the first famous women artists.
Married to Alfred Stieglitz, the photographer,
her talents for abstract city landscapes, erotic over sized flowers
and her adopted southwest vistas
have permanently secured her visions in American artistic expression.

CHRISTO
Yesterday was his birthday.
Here he is wrapped in cellophane and raffia.
We tried to see his latest work when he and his wife
installed hundreds of portals with saffron fabric in NY's Central Park
but every hotel room was occupied.

FEMALE
The human body is so beautiful.
This was a gift to a friend who was studying massage therapy
and needed someone to practice on.
So for months, every week,
I got Swedish, Thai, Cranial, Acupressure,
Reiki, Reflexology, Shiatsu or a Sports massage.
 It was heaven.

the dog was inappropriately touching the boy!
